Waterline Marine Cosmetics respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled on this website and when you choose to contact Conor.

Estimate and scheduling requests

The estimate and scheduling form is provided by Jotform. When you submit it, the information and files you provide are processed by Jotform and made available to Waterline so Conor can review your request and respond. You can also contact Conor directly by phone or email instead of using the form.

Information you may choose to provide

An estimate request may include your name, contact details, preferred contact method, vessel information, service location, repair details, timing or scheduling preferences, and photographs or other files showing the affected area. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that Waterline does not need to assess the work.

Jotform and uploaded files

Jotform may process submitted form data, uploaded files, and technical information needed to operate and secure the form. Its handling of that information is also governed by the Jotform Privacy Policy. If you contact Waterline directly, your phone or email provider may process that communication under its own terms.

How Waterline uses information

Information you provide may be used to review the damage, communicate with you, understand the likely scope and location of the work, prepare an estimate, coordinate scheduling, deliver service, and maintain ordinary business records. Waterline does not sell personal information.

Website hosting

The website host may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

Retention and your choices

Submissions, messages, photographs, and related business records may be kept as reasonably needed for assessment, communication, service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may ask Waterline to review or correct information you provided, or to delete it where applicable and where no legal or operational reason requires retention.
